Todd Lasance Flash Role Revealed

We've known for a few weeks now that Todd Lasance (the Vampire Diaries) will be playing a speedster in season three of The Flash. It was originally thought that he would be playing Savitar, especially after the CW confirmed that would be the villain. Well, yesterday Greg Berlanti denied Savitar has even been cast. Now, a report from TV Line claims that Lasance will be playing a villain known as the Rival.
