Legends of Tomorrow S3 Poster 1

Brandon Routh has tweeted out the first official promo art for the third season of Legends of Tomorrow. I would not take this as confirmation that there are no new characters, since we're still so early in pre-production. However, given that nobody left last season, there's only so many slots available. Maybe a mid-season change up?
