John Barrowman to be Series Regular Across CW DC

John Barrowman has reportedly signed a new deal to be a series regular across all of the CW's DC television shows, rather than just Arrow. This is similar to the deal Wentworth Miller signed after his character was killed off on Legends of Tomorrow.
