Juliana Harkavy Cast in Arrow

The CW has cast Juliana Harkavy (The Walking Dead) in Arrow as Detective Tina Boland. Boland is a detective who will clash with Oliver over the use of vigilantes. She will appear sometime in the spring half of the season.
