CBS has
released the synopsis and cast list for December 11's episode of Elementary. I'm not sure if this is the mid-season finale, though this show sometimes has rather short winter gaps.
When Shinwell comes to Holmes and Watson for help after he’s framed for a gang killing, they have three days to find the real murderer before he is arrested and sent back to jail, on ELEMENTARY, Sunday, Dec. 11 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The episode was directed by series star Aidan Quinn, in his television directorial debut.
