Andrew Kreisberg said at the TCA Press Tour today that Black Flash will be making a come back. The character was first glimpsed last spring when time wraiths transformed Hunter Zoloman into the grim reaper of the speed force.
He will [be] the classic comic book Grim Reaper aspect. It’s just going to be on multiple shows. He’s a classic character and we
have storylines on multiple shows that fit having him return.
When he said "multiple shows," keep in mind Legends and Flash are the only shows with speedsters right now. Kreisberg refused to comment on whether Black Flash would be played by Teddy Sears.
