Marvel "In No Rush" to Hire Captain Marvel Director
Variety's Justin Kroll has tweeted that Marvel is not in any rush to find a director for the Captain Marvel movie. They want to finish the script first, in order to ensure there are no problems. Given the spring 2019 release date, there are still several more months to go before they need a director. Marvel has had writers attached for about two years now and are rumored to have narrowed down the potential directors to three or four women.
