Flash Season 4 Villain Confirmed

For the record, when I saw the episode, I totally thought the characters were saying "The Foe." It turns out they were saying DeVoe, as in Clifford DeVoe. TVLine has reportedly confirmed that the next big bad for The Flash is The Thinker. This was implied late last season, with a couple of time travelers mentioning the character. The Thinker's powers include telekinesis and mind control.
