Bob Frazer Cast in "Elseworlds"

The CW has cast Bob Frazer in this year's Arrowverse crossover as supervillain Roger Hayden, aka Psycho-Pirate. Psycho-Pirate's power derives from a gold mask (meta tech, anyone?) that gives him the ability to manipulate emotions. He'll appear in the Arrow and Supergirl portions of the story as an inmate in Arkham Asylum. Interestingly, in the comics, he's one of only a few characters to remember the multiverse after Crisis on Infinite Earths.
