3 Characters Cast in The Flash

The CW announced three pieces of casting news for The Flash season four today at comic con. Danny Trejo will play Earth-19 bounty hunter (and Gypsy's father), Breacher. Neil Sandilands will play main villain Clifford DeVoe. Kim Engelbrecht will play DeVoe's assistant, The Mechanic.
