Wonder Woman director, Michelle MacLaren, has quit the role citing creative differences. The 2017 film is currently exploring different writers and scripts. The studio commented,

Given creative differences, Warner Bros. and Michelle MacLaren have decided not to move forward with plans to develop and direct Wonder Woman together.

Warner Bros has hired Michelle MacLaren to direct Wonder Woman. The 2017 film will star Gal Gadot as the main character and is produced by Charles Roven, Zack Snyder, and Deborah Snyder. The writer is currently unconfirmed.
