Amazon Leaked "The Witchfinders"

Several fans who bought a season pass of Doctor Who series 11 on Amazon reported that the site was playing the wrong episode. Viewers who tried to access "Kerblam!" were instead treated to a surprise early viewing of "The Witchfinders" (which isn't supposed to premiere until next week), albeit with the subtitles for "Kerblam!". The issue appears to have been fixed and (as far as I can tell from reports, I didn't buy a season pass myself there) and correct video is now playing.

Daredevil Season 3 Date Confirmed

The official Netflix Twitter account for Thailand has posted that season 3 of Daredevil will be released on October 19. As of writing, the date has not been confirmed by other official accounts, but this tweet has remained online for almost 12 hours so far. Perhaps the rest of the world will get it on a different day? That would not be unheard of.

UPDATE: It's official now

iTunes Leaks Doctor Who Premiere Date

iTunes briefly posted (before removing) an October 7 release date for Doctor Who series 11 this morning. This could be an honest mistake or someone may have posted the information earlier than they were supposed to. It's worth noting that the same thing happened six years ago with season 7 and that turned out to be correct. As of writing, the official release date is still "fall 2018."

First Look at New Klingons

One of the extras on Star Trek: Discovery posted a photo of the new Klingons. The appearance is definitely different from TOS or TNG. The photo's been taken down, but you can see it below.

Arrow/Flash Spring Premiere Clips

These are supposed to be exclusive to the CW app, but the internet doesn't like exclusivity. There's also one for Legends, but I haven't found it.

Meet the New Boss Synopsis

It appears the synopsis for Agents of SHIELD 4x02 has leaked out. It's not on the Disney/ABC press site, but several other sites have picked it up. At least it's slightly more detailed than the one for the premiere. Note that it doesn't include the usual cast list. I'll post that to the news accumulator after the official version comes out.
Daisy sets out to battle Ghost Rider, but at a terrible cost; the new director's bold agenda shocks everyone.

BBC Statement on Leaks

The BBC has issued another statement on the recent leaks
We would like to thank Doctor Who fans everywhere for their amazing efforts in helping us contain the recent leaks.

The mistake was damaging and resulted in the exposure of five scripts and the first six unfinished episodes from Series 8 on a publicly accessible FTP site. While there is still a risk that this leak will result in more of this content emerging, so far the impact has been contained to a limited amount of this material through a combination of fans efforts and the plan that we put in place using new technology and internal manpower to limit any illegal activity.

We would particularly like to thank the fansite moderators and Doctor Who devotees who have actively protected the programme.

BBC Worldwide has taken this issue extremely seriously and disciplinary action has been implemented as a result of the incident.

Our sincere apologies again to Steven Moffat, the cast and production team who toil long hours to make the show in Cardiff, the BBC, and of course the fans who expect so much better.

Deep Breath Leaks Online

In addition to the script leaks earlier this week, a rough cut of 8x01 Deep Breath has leaked onto the internet. The video is heavily watermarked (as indicated in the screenshot below), in black and white, features Matt's intro credits, and is 1:15:57 long. Please be careful when Googling for spoilers, as you may get more than you bargained for.

Leaked Doctor Who Scripts

So I managed to find download links for the leaked Doctor Who scripts. Obviously, these are massive spoilers and you should only read them if you're well and truly ready. All five links worked as of 11:15PM PDT July 8th. You can view them online or click the link in the upper right to download.
By the way, I haven't decided if I'm actually going to read them, this is just an "in case you want them" type thing.

First 5 Series 8 Scripts Leak

The first five scripts from Doctor Who series 8 have leaked online. They were apparently sent to BBC Worldwide's Miami office for translation when they were leaked to the internet. The BBC has issued a statement pleading with fans not to spoil the episodes to others
BBC Worldwide is currently investigating a security issue around Doctor Who Series 8 where unfinished material has inadvertently been made public. We deeply regret this and apologize to all the show's fans, the BBC and the cast and crew who have worked tirelessly making the series. We would like to make a plea to anyone who might have any of this material and spoilers associated with it not to share it with a wider audience so that everyone can enjoy the show as it should be seen when it launches. We know only too well that Doctor Who fans are the best in the world and we thank them for their help with this and their continued loyalty.

Second Possible Synopsis for The Day of the Doctor

So a couple months ago, I reported on a possible synopsis for the 50th anniversary special. Now, a Finnish television station has apparently leaked a different synopsis onto the web. The description for the episode on yle TV2 (airing at 10:05pm on the 23rd) reads as follows (roughly translated into English):
Clara saved the Doctor on Trenzalore, but entering the time stream awoke the Doctor's dark side. What if the Doctor had chosen differently on the last day of Gallifrey? A millennium as the Doctor, but what now?

The Day of the Doctor Possible Synopsis

So I saw a leak of what may be the synopsis of The Day of the Doctor on my Facebook newsfeed last night. Then again, it may be fake.
The Doctor and Clara are still trapped within the Doctor's timeline. The only way to escape is to reopen the lock that conceals the Doctor’s darkest day. The Time War.

Leaked Pic of 50th

The Edinburgh Film Festival showed a clip from the 50th Anniversary special earlier and a screencap has leaked online. The low-quality image appears to show David Tennant, Matt Smith, and John Hurt standing side-by-side.
