The Angels Take Manhatten: What We Know

I haven't actually seen the episode (I'm not that privileged), but here's a loose accumulation of what we know about this week's episode:

• The Statue of Liberty is indeed an Angel
• River starts to regenerate
• The Angels are trapping people inside the city
• The Angels are coming for either Amy or Rory
• The episode is somehow linked to a scene in The Eleventh Hour
• There's a very important book called Melody Malone (or is that the author?)
• Amy & Rory jump off a building
• Somebody dies
• The TARDIS appears to be trapped as well
