Hulu Orders Runaways Pilot

Hulu has ordered a pilot episode based on Marvel's Runaways series, which centers on a group of children on the run from their criminal parents. The series will be produced by Stephanie Savage and Josh Schwartz. There is currently no word on when this would premiere if it is greenlit. I'm assuming it would be part of the MCU, but it doesn't actually say. Marvel head of TV Jeph Loeb commented,

We’ve known the Runaways‘ story would make great television and being lucky enough to have Josh and Stephanie — who have time and again created shows that speak so genuinely to this exact audience — write and produce the series is nothing short of remarkable.
