"Brand New Day" Synopsis, Cast List, & Promo Pic

ABC has released a photo and description for the penultimate episode Agents of SHIELD.
With the help of Kora on the inside, Sibyl and Nathanial continue their fight to shape a dark new future for S.H.I.E.L.D., managing to stay one step ahead of the agents along the way. If the team is going to turn this one around, they’ll have to get creative, and maybe even a little out of this world, on the penultimate episode of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” airing WEDNESDAY, AUG. 5 (10:00 – 11:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC. (TV-14, V) Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leopold Fitz, Henry Simmons as Director Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie, Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez and Jeff Ward as Deke Shaw.

Star Trek: Discovery Season 3 Coming in October

CBS announced today that the third season of Star Trek: Discovery will premiere on Thursday, October 15. The 13-episode season is described as follows,
After following Commander Burnham into the wormhole in the second season finale, season three of STAR TREK: DISCOVERY finds the U.S.S. Discovery crew landing into an unknown future far from the home they once knew. Now living in a time filled with uncertainty, the U.S.S. Discovery crew, along with the help of some new friends, must work together to restore hope to the Federation.

STAR TREK: DISCOVERY season three cast members include Sonequa Martin-Green (Commander Michael Burnham), Doug Jones (Commander Saru), Anthony Rapp (Lt. Commander Paul Stamets), Mary Wiseman (Ensign Sylvia Tilly), Wilson Cruz (Dr. Hugh Culber), David Ajala (Cleveland “Book” Booker) and Michelle Yeoh (Philippa Georgiou).
The series will continue to stream on CBS All Access in the United States, CTV Sci-Fi and Crave in Canada, and Netflix everywhere else.

Star Trek: Prodigy Coming Next Year

Nickelodeon and CBS Eye Animation have revealed that a new animated Star Trek series, Prodigy, will debut on the network sometime next year. The show "follows a group of lawless teens who discover a derelict Starfleet ship and use it to search for adventure, meaning and salvation." Prodigy was originally announced last year.
