Felicity Jones Has Sequel Option

Lucasfilm has apparently given Felicity Jones the option to reprise her Jyn Erso role in a second movie. What that movie is remains to be seen, but the most likely option is another anthology film. The article mentions a Luke Skywalker film, but I'm not certain what such a film would entail. SPOILER: Given the ending of the film, this part of her contract was probably decided upon before they finalized the plot. It may not come to pass.
