• Does the costume come with powers?
• What about a secret identity?
• Is that a cape?
• Is it a one time thing?
• Why is her hair different? Is that part of the secret identity?
• What is her superhero name?

UPDATE: It's definitely from whatever episode they were filming Wednesday (probably #16) and that is indeed a cape.

First Look at Harbinger in "Crisis on Infinite Earths"

The CW has confirmed that Lyla Michaels (or some Earth's version thereof) will become Harbinger in Crisis on Infinite Earths. In the comics, Harbinger was a key part of the Crisis storyline and the Monitor's foster daughter. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim commented,

Lyla Michaels as Harbinger is a key component of the original Crisis on Infinite Earths that we were determined to honor in our crossover. What makes this particularly satisfying for us is that we introduced Lyla Michaels and her Harbinger codename all the way back in Arrow Season 1.

Lead actress Melissa Benoist attended some sort of gaming event, where she did an interview with director Kevin Smith. In the interview, she confirmed that Kara will be getting a new supersuit this season, featuring pants.

Apparently, the determining factor was night shoots in chilly Vancouver, Canada. Though barring that, if you ask me...

CBS has released a video looking at the production of Star Trek: Discovery season 2. There's no spoilers, but there is a look at the Enterprise crew's uniforms (which were apparently issued to Constitution class crewmembers before the rest of Starfleet).
