Defenders Villain Revealed

Entertainment Weekly has an article out on the upcoming Defenders series. They've revealed that Sigourney Weaver's villain is someone named Alexandra who is not based in the comics. They also have the first photo of her (which might be the first pic from the show) and a behind the scenes video with cast interviews. The article also states that the Defenders will arrive in summer, which I'm guessing means a fall air date for Punisher. Maybe, they did both start filming around the same time, but Defenders has less episodes.

Daredevil S2 & Luke Cage Overlap

At the Wizard World Chicago convention, Daredevil star Charlie Cox revealed that the most recent season of Daredevil overlaps with Luke Cage.

One thing that I thought was really cool is that in the second season, we had a scene together and in the storyline we hadn’t seen each other for a long time and it takes place at the hospital. Rosario had - Claire Temple has a cut in her eyebrow. So I was like, 'What is that?' Apparently it had nothing to do with our world but it’s part of 'Luke Cage.' The timeline had been thought through and worked out so that whatever’s going on in 'Luke Cage,' which we don’t know, I don’t know, somehow at some point during that show, the next day she’s in the hospital talking to me.

Marvel has posted the first pictures of Charlie Cox in costume as Daredevil. They've also posted the concept art for the outfit.

First Daredevil Set Photo

The first set photo from one of Marvel's new TV series has surfaced on the web. Daredevil stars Charlie Cox as crime-fighting lawyer Matt Murdock (aka Daredevil). The series will air on Netflix next May, followed by Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and The Defenders.
