Lead actress Gal Gadot announced the end of filming on the Wonder Woman sequel this morning on Instagram.

We did it. Again!! And as much as the first time shooting Wonder Woman was amazing, this time was even more unique and special.. We shot in 4 very different locations in 3 countries, and I'm so soooo proud of the almost 1000 crew members who came to set every day, giving everything they have into our movie. Couldn't ask for better partners on this.. I'm so lucky to have the one and only Patty Jenkins, as my director. She always has our backs, she gives us the wings to dare, and everyday she helped us find the most creative version of ourselves .. I am so grateful to call her my friend. And to our AMAZINGly talented cast who made every day enjoyable and fun, thank you! Honestly.. Words cannot describe this experience.. This journey was so demanding and challenging but we all came and did our very best every take, every day, putting our all out there and I’m so proud... Thank you universe for this opportunity. I love this character. And thank you to all of you for being the best fans in the world. It was you that made me push myself every day. Warner Bros has released a 13-minute behind the scenes video from Wonder Woman. It's a combination of interview, behind the scenes shots, and footage from the film. Some of the footage is stuff we've seen before, some is new, and some is old footage cut slightly differently.

The French Magazine Studio Ciné Live has an article on this summer's Wonder Woman movie. It reveals how Zeus created humans and the Amazons before being killed at the hand of Ares. Ares is now jealous of humanity and seeking to wipe it out. The article also includes a quote from Chris Pine

I play a pilot who works for the Allies and spies on the Germans without their knowledge. My character steals a notebook filled with scientific formulas in an Ottoman base, he steals a plane but is shot down in the open sea.

Gal Gadot on Wonder Woman's Sexuality

Following recent comments by Greg Rucka that Diana is queer, Gal Gadot talked to Variety about her version's sexuality. Read the full interview here.

It’s not something we’ve explored. It never came to the table, but when you talk theoretically about all the women on Themyscira and how many years she was there, then what he said makes sense. In this movie she does not experience any bisexual relationships. But it’s not about that. She’s a woman who loves people for who they are. She can be bisexual. She loves people for their hearts.

Wonder Woman Wraps Filming

Gal Gadot has taken to Twitter and Instagram to confirm that Wonder Woman has finished principal photography. Look for the film in theaters June of next year. I'm guessing a trailer or at least some footage will be released at SDCC. It's anyone's guess as to whether an official YouTube version will be made available simultaneously or if we'll have to rely on leaks.

Wonder Woman Filming, April 1

Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, and a number of extras were photographed on the set of Wonder Woman at a beach in Italy today. There seems to be at least one scene in progress, including the part of Steve Trevor crashes on the shore of Themyscira and is rescued by Diana. See more photos at the Daily Mail.

Wonder Woman Filming, February 21

Doctor Strange wasn't the only thing filming in London today. Warner Bros was also filming what appears to be an Armistice Day rally for Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman Set Photos

The 2017 Wonder Woman film has begun filming. The following photos feature Gal Gadot and Chris Pine as Diana Prince and Steve Trevor and were taken in Essex. See more photos here courtesy of the Daily Mail. The photos appear to confirm rumors that the film will be taking place at least partly around World War I.
